How long does it take to process an order? 

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Order preparation days DO NOT include weekends and holidays. 

Personalized blends may take longer. 

Keep in mind this is an herbal store. Some orders may be delayed if a particular herb is not in stock but on the way to complete your order. This ensures the integrity of our business and your product! 

What is your shipping policy? 

We ship both domestically and internationally to include APO and FPO designations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live locally in Alabama, most orders are delivered within 1-3 days. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, domestic delivery within 1-8 business days. 

What is your refund policy?

All items are made with ingredients that are considered food/perishables. No refunds will be issued on any opened packages. Any unopened packages maybe considered for refund on case by case basis.

What if my package arrives damaged? 

Majestic-Blends is NOT responsible for any damaged packages. We can only ensure the quality of item as it is prepared and shipped. Once the item is handed off to the shipping company, it is then USPS (or whatever shipping company you select) responsibility to ensure the state of delivery. 

We will at times offer a discount on future orders for any inconvenience that may occur. 

I placed an order for an herbal tea, how is it prepared? 

Remove one tea bag from package.

Fill your pot or kettle with 2 cups of water

Place tea bag in the pot to steep as water comes to a boil. Recommended time is 10-15 minutes.

Remove tea bag and pour tea into a mug of your choosing. 

Add sweetener of your choice: honey, cinnamon, lemon and brown sugar are highly recommended! NO WHITE SUGAR!! 

Finally enjoy! 

Each tea is 2 cups per tea bag and 2 cups a day UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED‼️

I purchased a yoni steam, When should I steam? 

If you are steaming to prevent cramps during your cycle, I recommend steaming 3-4 days prior to menstruating.

If you are steaming to cleanse your womb, indication being “brown discharge” after your cycle subsides  which is old blood being retained in your uterus, steam one day after noticing the discharge. 

If you are steaming for self care, steam anytime!!
